Mon-Friday: 5am - 9pm
Saturday: 8am - 5pm
Sunday: 8am - 4pm
What are your membership options?
Singles - £40 p/m
Couples - £65 p/m
Open gym + classes included in all memberships
Do you do day passes?
1 Day pass - £9
1 Week pass - £20
1 Month pass - £50 (no membership commitment)
Do you have parking?
Yes, there are plenty of spaces in the main car park
Does the gym get busy?
This varies depending on the day, during the day and weekends are usually quiet. It can get quite busy during peak hours 17:30-20:00. However, with our wide range of equipment, you’ll rarely need to wait for a machine, even during the busiest times.

How can i cancel my membership
You can get in touch with us through direct messaging on social media platforms or emailing memberships@ashbournemanagement.co.uk
Please note: You would have to have completed your initial 6 month term, after that you can cancel for free, or you could also FREEZE your account for up to 6 months for free
Do i need to book onto the classes?
No, you can just turn up and speak to the member of staff on the desk. If you are not a member, you can also pay for a class pass at the desk.
Do i need to have a gym induction?
No, you do not need to have a gym induction. However, if you do need assistance our staff at the desk will be more than happy to help you.
